Any person looking to be a leader needs to understand the importance of being an effective communicator. So when thinking about communications, what is the best speech ever? While it would be difficult to accurately judge, American Rhetoric: Top 100 Speeches provides a list of the best speeches ever. In addition the website provides audio and text to these speeches.

Martin Luther King’s “I Have A Dream” speech ranks as the greatest American speech of all-time according to this site. You can experience the actually audio of this speech here in with excellent mp3 quality.
